Bisquick Impossibly Easy Chicken Pot Pie

When you want a good meal in less than an hour, after a long day at work, this is the way to go!!

Ingredients
1 2/3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup cut up cooked chicken
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup Bisquick Mix
½ cup milk
1 egg

Directions
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix Vegetables, chicken, and soup in ungreased 9 inch deep-dish, glass pie plate.
2. Stir together remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Makes 6 servings.
